Initial contact: Very good, a customer care agent called me back quickly and gave me a free quote over the phone. Appointment: Flexible to fit my schedule; cleaners came on time. Cleaning: Excellent. The cleaning team was very polite and did a wonderful job with the carpet. They were careful with my stuff and treated my home as they would their own. I was given good advice on keeping my carpets clean. Very happy with the level of service I was delivered. The quote was accurate as that is what I ended up paying. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the care and attention to detail they provided. Great customer service and excellent work! I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Booked a carpet cleaning last week. The operator I spoke with was very kind and I was able to schedule for the date and time I requested. The cleaning crew arrived on time as promised and started right away. I had an old stained carpet that they managed to bring back to life. They didn’t use any harsh chemicals and after the carpet dried it smelled wonderful. The carpet was barely damp when they left, so it didn’t take long to dry. The cleaners were respectful, attentive and honest about what they were able to do. They worked with no fuss and allowed us to oversee the whole process. As for the cleaning itself was excellent, the job was done thoroughly and I was charged with a reasonable price with no last second surcharges. We will definitely be using their services again and would recommend to others.
